Mountain Falls can operate as an essential food producer

As a water supplier, Mountain Falls is classified an essential food service. As our customers and staffs’ health and safety is always at the forefront of our business, and to make sure we can always deliver, we have made changes to the way we work, in line with the recommendations by health professionals and the authorities.

Warehouses and premises

All management staff that are able to are working from home.

Warehouse teams carry out routine hourly hand-washing and general sanitization. All of our farm employees are required to follow stringent health and safety procedures which include frequent handwashing and operating within a sanitized environment which is monitored hourly.

We have split up our production team into smaller units in order to ensure adequate distance spacing between staff.

Deliveries

Our drivers will wear gloves and masks at all times.

Sanitizer is kept in our vehicles at all times and drivers maintain hygiene levels in accordance with policy. Vehicles will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.

Drop and go deliveries are available, with a text confirmation/email to confirm.

If not possible for any reason we ask that a safe distance between you and our drivers be maintained for your safety and ours.
